Dhol Tasha is a traditional and typical percussion combination, originating from Western India – where Mumbai is. Here’s a version which morphs Western pop with desi drums… guess Maroon 5 would be pleased π
Few days ago, a band showed up in neighborhood for a wedding ceremony. Took my kid and brother’s kids as they watched them up close for the first time. I started to suffer from headache while kids enjoyed every single beat and even mimicked it using their own hands π
Wow! Wonderful. And guess what I also posted about fusion music and dance today π

Thank you! I personally loved the addition of the dhol, gives it an Indian street-beat, if you know what I mean

Hahaha, you should have let them dance with the baaraat! π

Actually, baaraatis weren’t even dancing up with the band, so I stopped my kids from becoming Beygana in Abdullah’s Shadi π
