AND SO I WRITE…

I have thoughts I can’t articulate

I have words I can’t speak

I have stories no one will sit through

I know jokes no one wants to hear

I have a speech ready but no audience

I have advice but no takers

I have secrets but no one to spill them to

I have a wish and no one to reveal to

I have fears that I am phobic of expressing

I have fantasies I cannot bring myself to enact

I have knowledge but none to impart to

I speak a language no one understands

I have experiences no one wants to share

I have a talent I want to showcase

And so I write

  2. Indeed…do not stop writing. It is your inner voice gnawing away at you until you give it release and enable it to manifest through your tap tap tapping on your keypad. ..through the flow of your pen’s ink would have sounded much more poetic! Thought provoking Kunal and love the olde woodcut! Thank you so much for your good wishes the other day…MM is well, very busy gardening as the weather is glorious here just now. Myself also…but it is good to be dipping back into here and picking up the threads of connections again. 🙂

  12. A reminder about how important it is for us to have an outlet to express how we feel about things. Writing is such a wonderful way of getting things out, and blogging is an awesome way for us to connect with others and often receive bunches of encouragement and food for thought!
